Here you will find some of the most remarkable and fascinating photography in the Pacific Northwest Region. The Pacific Northwest is a photographers' paradise, with many different types of landscapes, such as: snow-capped mountains, which includes Oregons famous Mount Hood 11,249ft, Mount Jefferson 10,497ft, North Sisters 10,085 ft, Middle Sisters 10,047 ft and South Sisters 10,358 ft. The Pacific Northwest also has majestic waterfalls like Multnomah Falls that plunges 611ft over basalt rock into Multnomah Creek within the Columbia River Gorge, Salt Creek Falls 286 ft in the Willamette National Forest and South Falls at 177 ft within the most pristine and awe inspiring places, Silver Falls State Park. Oregon has many large and fast moving rivers, like the McKenzie River, Rogue River, Illinois River and the beautiful North Umpqua River. There are also countless lakes, which includes one of the most famous lakes, Crater Lake in the southern region and for a mountain lake, there is the breathtaking views below Mount Jefferson of Pamelia Lake in the Mount Jefferson Wilderness. You don't have to go far to be caught up in the lush green old growth forests with thousands of miles of hiking trails. The Oregon Coastline with its 360 miles of high cliffs, beaches, rocky shorelines and sand dunes is a scenic wonder and is the most beautiful coastline within the continental United States.

Oregon also has 9 fascinating lighthouses, Yaquina Head Lighthouse being one of them just north of Newport that remind us of our past, famous lodges that include Timberline Lodge on Mount Hood and Oregon is the covered bridge capital of the world. Lane County has many of these Covered Bridges and some you can still drive over including Goodpasture Covered Bridge.
